Welcome to LanguageMaster. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

- Support for multiple languages including Spanish, French, German, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Italian, and Portuguese
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use LanguageMaster. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
4. Account Registration

- You must create an account using a valid email address
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
7.1 Nature of AI Content
- Responses from the AI tutor are generated by artificial intelligence
- AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent
- The AI is designed for language practice, not as a substitute for professional language instruction
7.2 Educational Purpose
- LanguageMaster is a supplementary learning tool
- We do not guarantee fluency or specific learning outcomes
- Results vary based on individual effort and practice
7.3 No Warranties
- We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
- You use the AI tutor responses at your own risk
8. Privacy and Data Collection

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

- The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

10.3 Limitation of Liability
